Like pizza with smoked meats? Then pizza with yeast dough with balyk and mozzarella will definitely come to your taste. To make dinner really tasty, pay special attention to making dough and sauce. Well, the rest of the ingredients just have to be fresh (balyk, mozzarella). You can take mozzarella in balls or in a briquette - no difference. In addition to mozzarella pizza, you can add some more cheese.
List of ingredients:
- 1 tsp. (no slide) dry yeast,
- 1 tsp. (no slides) sugar,
- 2 pinches of salt,
- 100 ml of warm water,
- 1, 5 cups flour,
- 1 Bulgarian pepper, 1 onion,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 1, 5 tbsp. l tomato paste
- 100 ml of water (for sauce),
- 0, 5 tsp. dried basil
- 2 tbsp. l frying oils,
- 300 g beef balyk (cooked smoked),
- 300 g mozzarella,
- fresh greens.
Cooking
1. First, pour a little warm water into the bowl, not higher than 35 degrees, pour sugar and dry yeast into the bowl, stir and wait until the reaction starts.
2. When foam appears on the surface of the water, start adding flour. Do not forget the salt. Stir the dough with a spoon first.
3. When the dough becomes too thick, keep adding flour and knead the dough with your hands. Knead it well, form a ball, cover with a towel and send for a couple of hours in a warm place to make the dough fit.
4. As long as the dough comes, let's take the sauce. Bulgarian or sweet pepper to wash, remove the seeds and the stem, finely chop. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
5. Pour a spoonful of butter on a hot frying pan and heat, shift the chopped vegetables and pass them for 5 minutes, stirring.
6. Add tomato paste and water, dried basil, mix and simmer, under a closed lid, on very low heat until thick.
7. Cut the mozzarella in small squares or grate it. If you make several pizzas at once, you can chop the cheese in a food processor to the state of small crumbs.
8. Cut balyk into squares or straws.
9. Cover baking sheet with baking paper and grease with vegetable or butter. Lightly crush the dough ball, which should have been doubled. Roll the dough into a large thin layer, best of all right on the baking sheet.
10. Grease the dough with tomato and vegetable sauce.
11. Now spread the mozzarella slices evenly, 2/3 of the total.
12. Then lay out the pieces of beef.
13. Put mozzarella leftovers on the pizza. You need to put pizza in a preheated oven, and bake at 200 degrees for 5-7 minutes. When the pizza is ready, take it out and sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs.
Wait until the pizza has cooled down a bit, cut it into portions and serve.
