  • flour - 0, 5 kg;
  • kefir - 0, 3 l;
  • sugar - 80 g;
  • egg yolks - 2 pcs .;
  • olive oil - 40 ml;
  • salt - 5 g;
  • soda - 5 g.

Method of preparation:

  • Sift flour. Approximately two-thirds of it pour on a work surface a hill. Make a hole on top of the hill.
  • Place the egg yolks in a separate container. Proteins separated from them can be used to prepare other confectionery products (protein cream, meringues).
  • Add sugar to yolks, pour in oil, rub it.
  • Add kefir, soda and salt, whisk.

  • wheat flour - 0.5 kg;
  • mineral water (carbonated) - 0, 2 l;
  • vodka - 60 ml;
  • sugar - 20 g;
  • sour cream - 20 ml.

Method of preparation:

  • Mix mineral water with vodka.
  • Add sour cream and sugar, whisk.
  • While sprinkling sifted flour, stir the composition with a spoon until it becomes difficult to do.
  • Set aside the spoon, add the remaining flour, knead the dough.
  • Cover it with polyethylene, leave for half an hour.

The brushwood from this dough, despite the absence of butter and eggs in the composition, turns out tasty and crunchy. The lack of sugar in the dough can be filled by watering the finished cookies with honey.
