Ingredients:

• pork liver - 455 g;

• milk - 435 ml;

• flour - 215 g;

• 1 large carrot;

• mayonnaise - 235 g;

• 5 sprigs of dill and parsley;

• salt - 25 g;

• 85 ml of sunflower oil.

Preparation:

1. Liver free from films and blood clots, cut into small pieces, spread in a deep cup, pour half of the milk and leave for 45 minutes.

2. Carrots with onion are peeled, washed, chopped carrots on a coarse grater, onions - with a thin straw.

3. Put onion in the pan with butter first, pass over 3 minutes, then add carrots and pass over 8 more minutes, stirring often. At the end of frying the vegetables are salted.
