This is not true! Turkey is not much different from the usual for us chicken. The taste is tender, tasty, diet, hypoallergenic meat. Perfect for any gourmet - be it a one-year-old toddler, a girl on a diet, an elderly person or a physically working man.

Turkey is friendly with any spices and additives, vegetables and side dishes. If a piece of pork and turkey meat is next to each other in taste, only a sophisticated gourmet can distinguish them.

Turkey and Vegetables: General Cooking Principles

You can buy poultry in the meat departments of supermarkets, or in a proven farm or with your grandmother in the village. In the first case - you get already cut up meat - you want fillets, wings, thighs or legs. In the second case - at best, a carcass without feathers weighing 8-12 kg. Method of preparation

2. Leave the meat for half an hour to pickle.
