You will be able to store in it a lot of healthy products and convenience foods, which can then be turned into a variety of tasty things in a hurry: frozen sweet peppers, Brussels sprouts, potatoes in slices, berries and fruits; minced meat, better already in the form of shaped patties or meatballs, puff pastry, ice cream, fish fillets, etc.

Secondly, canned food can also come in handy: peas, beans, corn, salmon in their own juice and similar supplies quickly turn into unsurpassed snacks in a hurry.

Thirdly, it is better to keep ready-to-use semi-finished products in your freezer. That is, having bought, say, a chicken, you do not immediately push it into the freezer until better times, but first wash it and cut it into pieces that you plan to use in the future. For example, separate the breast fillets, wings, thighs, skeleton, cutting it into convenient pieces. Fillets can be immediately cut into portions or just small pieces. Now, just a little you needed to cook the stew or baked chicken, you take out the package with the desired contents, thaw in the microwave and simmer or bake.

A microwave, by the way, like a slow cooker, is also capable of helping to reduce the time it takes to prepare quick snacks.

If you have a bag of whipping cream stored in the refrigerator, a pack of chocolate biscuits in the cabinet, and a package of frozen cherries in the freezer, you can prepare a delicious dessert in a matter of minutes!

Recipe 1. Tasty food: Omelet with crab sticks

One of the main reasons to cook a tasty meal in a hurry is, of course, breakfast. Time is short, but I would like to offer something tasty to my family. Use this recipe.

Ingredients

Eggs - 3 pieces

Sour cream - 2/3 cup

Crab sticks - 200 g

Cheese - 200 g

Butter for making omelet

Salt - to taste, but not very much

Dill or parsley

Method of preparation

Shoot eggs with sour cream, if desired, lightly salt (however, you can do without salt). Crumble sticks chop up, grate cheese. Cooked in butter (in a water bath or just fry) thin omelette. As soon as the top grabs, put crab wands, then cheese on half of the omelet. Immediately bend to the second cheese, empty, half an omelet, folding it in half so that the filling was inside.

Warm up for another minute, turn over carefully and hold for another two minutes.

Ingredients

Thin pita bread - 2 sheets

Sausages (or sausage, or liver pate)

Sour cream (or mayonnaise) - half a cup

Lavash to unwrap and carve out from it 6-8 pieces of approximately the same size.

Mix mayonnaise or sour cream with ketchup or tomato sauce, add chopped greens and a little water.

Chop cheese, sausage or sausages cut arbitrarily, but medium-sized.

In a form that must first be greased, put a piece of pita bread, a paste or sausage product on it, then a piece of cheese, the next layer of pita bread - and continue in this way until all the pieces of pita bread have run out. Pour the sauce and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Put in the oven or the microwave and cook until the cheese is melted.

Recipe 3. Deliciously quick-roasted chicken with cashews

And such a tasty thing in a hurry can be cooked up when guests unexpectedly descended into the house. It is better to cook it in a wok, but you can simply in a thick-walled frying pan.

Ingredients

Chicken fillet - from one breast

Green peas - 300 g frozen or canned

Sweet Bulgarian pepper - 300 g frozen or fresh

Green onions - bunch

Carrot - a pair of medium-sized pieces

Cashew - half a cup

Vegetable oil for frying - a little

Soy sauce - to taste

Chicken fillet cut across the fibers into slices, and those, in turn, into strips. You can cover the package and slightly repelled.

Cut onions, pepper, if it is fresh, shred, carrots rub. Chop the cashews with a knife.

Arrange on plates and season to taste with soy sauce.

Recipe 4. Snack on the dumplings

Ingredients

Dumplings with meat, fish or cheese (you can also dumplings with potatoes) - 500 g

Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons

Sour cream - 3 tablespoons

Ketchup - one tablespoon

Cheese - 200 g

Egg - 1 or 2 pieces

Salt - to taste

Butter - a piece of 50 - 70 g

Dumplings or dumplings boil in a small amount of water for 2-3 minutes and remove them with a slotted spoon.

Grease the form with half of the butter and put the dumplings there.

Sour cream, ketchup and mayonnaise mix. Finely grate the cheese and mix half of it with the sauce. Beat in the same egg or two.

Ingredients

Minced chicken or mixed - 400 g

Chinese cabbage (or just young) - 300 g

Sorrel, spinach, parsley, dill in any proportions or one of these - 100 g

Eggs - 4 pieces

Flour - 5 tablespoons

Sour cream - half a cup

Mayonnaise - half a cup

Vegetable oil

Garlic - 2 cloves

Cheese - 200 g

Cabbage, sorrel, spinach finely chop, chop the dill and parsley. Cheese grate.

Beat eggs with mayonnaise, sour cream, flour and half grated cheese.

Put mince into a frying pan with hot oil and cook it for 5 minutes, constantly breaking lumps and stirring. Put cabbage and greens to mincemeat and cook another 3 - 4 minutes.

Squeeze the garlic through the press in the stuffing, mix and immediately pour the egg-flour mixture. Sprinkle with cheese on top, cover with lid and cook on the smallest fire until the dough is ready.

If there is no forcemeat, you can prepare such a tasty meal in a hurry from sausage or bacon with canned beans (the liquid from the beans must be drained). Only in this case you need to add another spoonful of tomato in the dough.

Recipe 6. Quickly tasty “Instant cupcakes”

This sweet yummy whip is being prepared in the microwave.

Ingredients

Flour - 150 g

Butter - 100 g

Liquid honey - 50 g

Granulated sugar - 75 g

Eggs - 2 pieces

Milk - 75 ml

Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon

Cinnamon, ginger and other spices - 1 teaspoon whole

Raisins, dried cherries, candied fruits or chopped dried apricots - to taste, about 50 - 60 grams

Frozen cherry - 300 g (you can, of course, use fresh)

White chocolate - 50 g

Cream 30% fat - 200 ml

Method of preparation

Peel bananas, cut them into circles and spread them on ice-cream bowls.

Wash strawberries and clean the sepals. Put on bananas.

Sweep clean, disassemble into slices, remove the film and break into pieces. Put also in the bowls.

Cream whipped so that they do not fall. Put half of the cream on the fruit. White and bitter chocolates melt in the microwave. Pour the white into the bitter and slightly stir the stick, but so that the mass remains two-color. Sprinkle with a “striped” chocolate dish. Decorate with the remaining cream, releasing them from a cooking syringe or pouch.

Delicious snacks in a hurry: tricks and useful tips

  • The simplest sauce can transform any dish. For example, by mixing in equal proportions lemon juice and broth, seasoning with soy sauce and garlic and thickening with a small amount of starch, we will get an excellent gravy for our snacks in a hurry.
  • When cooking broth, make it bigger and freeze partly in small molds or in a shallow baking sheet. Then remove from the mold and store in the freezer, placing in a plastic bag. When you need some broth for the sauce, break off a slice.
  • Frozen berries can be filled with hot melted chocolate without thawing. The berries will thaw, and the chocolate will harden slightly.
  • You can fry bananas in butter, and in this form they are perfectly combined with ice cream, cream cheese or whipped cream, which will be an excellent quick dessert.
  • It is better to melt chocolate in the microwave in several stages, including baking for a minute, then stirring the chocolate.
  • Cold cream is whipped faster and better than tepid.
