  • sour cream - 100 ml;
  • dry white wine - 20 ml;
  • butter - 40 g;
  • hard cheese - 40 g;
  • salt, black pepper powder - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Mix sour cream with broth and wine.
  • Peel onions and garlic, finely chopped.
  • Wash mushrooms, blot with a kitchen towel. Cut into cubes of about 1 cm.
