Ingredients:

  • chicken - 600 g;
  • onions - 2-4 pcs .;
  • large pepper - 1-2 pcs .;
  • zucchini or zucchini - 1pc .;
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs .;
  • carrots (medium) - 1 pc .;
  • spices;
  • salt.

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients. Chicken can be used any, fillet is not required.

2. Clean the onions, cut into large rings.

5. Lay in the pan in layers, first onion, then tomatoes and zucchini.

6. We also cut Bulgarian pepper in a large way.

7. Add to the pan in the next layer.

8. Cut potatoes into large slices.

10. It's time to chop the chicken. If you are cooking chicken fillet, then cutting it into small pieces is not necessary, 2-2, 5 cm is enough.

11. Add the chicken to the pan, on top of another diced tomato, sprinkle with spices and simmer for an hour.
