From apples fried in egg batter, an original and tasty dessert is obtained. Apple rings, enclosed in a thin layer of dough, soften very little on the fire and acquire the caramel taste of baked fruit. With this method of cooking apples practically do not lose their useful properties and the dish will be not only tasty, but also vitamin.
Such apple pancakes differ from the classic version with a higher concentration of fruit and, accordingly, the dish is light and low-calorie.
Ingredients:
- apple (of any kind) - 1 pc .;
- milk - 70 ml;
- 1 tbsp. l sifted flour;
- egg;
- sugar can be added if desired.
Cooking
1. For the preparation of apple fritters prepare the ingredients listed above.
2. Pour the milk into a small bowl, add a raw egg to it.
3. Pour flour into the container for other ingredients and mix the products thoroughly (you can use a mixer to prevent lumps). Optionally add a little sugar.
4. We rinse the apple and gently peel it, while not seriously damaging the fetus.
5. Cut the apple into rings approximately 1 centimeter wide and remove the seed box from each piece.
6. Dip apple ring in cooked batter and fry in sunflower oil.
7. When the pancake is reddened, turn it over to the damp side and continue the frying process.
8. When removing the ringlets from the pan, put the rings on a paper napkin to remove excess fat. Delicious apple fritters in the shape of rings are ready, it remains only to cool them a little.
