In a deep bowl, sift 3 cups of flour and add an egg, warm milk and water, do not forget the salt. If you are kneading on a table, then make a hill of flour, make a well in it and pour liquid there.
Knead the dough with a spoon. It is still sticky and does not roll into a com. Now add the vegetable oil. It will give the dough elasticity and density.
