It so happened that the potato for the Slavs is one of the most consumed products. It is high-calorie and inexpensive, so it provides the lion's share of our energy needs. And, of course, annoying, so you have to constantly look for new and new potato recipes.
Country-style potato cooked in oil is a bit like fries, but it is softer, as it is sliced into large slices. The addition of onion also contributes its share of taste and makes the usual and simple dish to play with new colors.
Alternating different ways of cooking potatoes, you can think of a boring menu for the whole week.
- medium onion - 1-2 units;
- vegetable refined oil - 70 ml;
- potatoes (not large) - 300 g;
1. Clean and thoroughly wash the potatoes and onions.
2. Potatoes need to be taken small. Each potato is divided into several parts.
3. Add refined vegetable oil to a deep frying pan, warm it well and place the potatoes.
4. We cut the onion with rings or half rings with a sharp knife, the main thing - as thin as possible.
5. When the potatoes are slightly browned, add onions. Mix well.
6. Fry about 5 more minutes.
7. Put on the plate to stack excess fat.
8. Serve hot with delicious ketchup.
