  • long loaf - 50 g;
  • milk - 100 g;

  • flour or bread crumbs - how much will go;
  • vegetable oil - how much will leave.

Method of preparation:

  • Peel the onions and cut them into small pieces.
  • Mix the onions with the minced fish, add the egg to it. Stir.

Salmon minced meatballs with steamed semolina

Composition:

  • salmon minced meat - 0.5 kg;
  • onions - 100 g;
  • potatoes - 100 g;
  • bread crumbs - 50 g;
  • milk - 100 ml;
  • semolina - 50 g;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc .;
  • greens, salt, spices - to taste;
  • vegetable oil - 5 ml.

Method of preparation:

  • Soak the long loaf in milk, squeeze, turn through the meat grinder.
  • Rub the potatoes.
  • Mix the salmon mince with loaf and potatoes.
  • Add the egg, stir until smooth.
  • Pour the semolina, mix, let it swell.
  • Finely chop the onion and greens, mix with minced meat.
  • After mixing the mince, put it in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
  • While wetting your hands with cool water, blind small-sized cutlets, put them on a greased multicooker grill, designed for steaming food.
  • Pour two glasses of water or vegetable broth into the multicooker bowl.
  • Turn on the unit by running the “Steaming” program. Cook in this mode for 20-30 minutes depending on the size of the patties.

Salmon minced meatballs with apples

Composition:

  • minced salmon - 0, 7 kg;
  • wheat or oat bran - 20-30 g;
  • apple - 0, 25 kg;
  • onions - 100 g;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc .;
  • lemon juice - 20 ml;
  • water - 0, 25 l;
  • vegetable oil - 2 ml;
  • salt, seasonings - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Peel the onion, cut it into small pieces.
  • Mix water with lemon juice, put the onion in it, put it in the fridge for an hour.
  • Chop bran in a blender.
  • Wash and dry the apple with a towel. Cut a seed box out of it. If you want the cutlets to be more tender, the fruit can be peeled. From the unpeeled apple you get a more useful version of the dish.
  • Cut apple pulp into slices, put them in a blender bowl, chop to mashed potatoes.
  • Remove the onion from the lemon marinade, chop it in the same way as the apples.
  • Place the salmon mince in a bowl, add apple and onion puree to it, mix.
  • Break an egg into a bowl with minced meat, mix the minced meat with it.
  • Add the minced bran, spices, and salt.
  • Stir until a thick, uniform mass is obtained.
  • Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil, put the mince on it with a spoon, give it the form of burgers.
