Spicy marinade for kebab with pomegranate juice

Composition:

  • meat - 2 kg;
  • pomegranate juice - 0.5 l;
  • onions - 0, 5 kg;
  • mayonnaise - 100 ml;
  • adjika acute - 50 g;
  • soy sauce - 100 ml.

Preparation Method:

  • Meat, rinsing and drying with napkins, cut into pieces of suitable size.
  • Mix Adjika with mayonnaise, put this mixture in a bowl with meat. Stir it with your hands so that the sauce covers each piece.
