- Finely chop the onion. Cut the carrots in half lengthwise, and then cut into very thin slices. Thanks to such cutting, it will not turn into puree, but at the same time it will become soft.
- Melt melted butter in a cauldron or a frying pan with high sides. It is on it that the potato with pork is the most delicious. Put the pieces of meat on a high heat, fry until golden brown. Do not overdo it, otherwise it will become dry and tasteless.
- Add carrots and onions. Stirring with a wooden spatula, fry everything together for 5-10 minutes.
- Pour boiling water into the dishes so that it completely covers the meat and vegetables. Cover the dishes with a lid, reduce heat and simmer the pork for about 30-40 minutes.

Ingredients:

- sugar - 0, 2 tsp;

- Pork cut into small pieces of the same size. In a cauldron, melt butter and fry meat on it until golden brown.
- Add the onion sliced in half rings and carrot chopped into straws. Continue frying for 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are soft. Put chopped Bulgarian pepper, mix, heat for 1-2 minutes, not allowing it to roast.

- champignons - 200 g;

- onions - 1 pc .;
- carrots - 1 pc .;
- salt;
- cumin - 0, 2 tsp;
- black pepper.

- Cut the pork into small pieces. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Transfer to a thick-walled pot or cauldron.
- On the remaining butter, save onions, cut into thin half-rings, and carrots, grated on a medium grater.
