1. In a bowl, drive two chicken eggs, shake a little.
2. Pour milk over the eggs. Shake with a fork.
3. Then add to the mixture a little butter, melted to a yellow color and soft consistency.
4. Next, add salt, sugar, flour, mix everything well.
5. Pour the butter into the dough and beat the dough thoroughly with a whisk.
6. Peel the onions, cut them into small cubes.
7. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, add the onion and shredded boiled shrimp meat. Before you cut, shrimp need to be cleaned. If the shrimp were originally peeled when purchased, then their number can be reduced to 300 g.
8. Fry everything for five minutes.
9. Fry pancakes in a pan on both sides until golden brown. Put on the middle of each one tablespoon of a hill of filling.
10. Roll up pancakes with rolls and serve.
