The main thing is that they have the appropriate color and smell without any signs of damage. Frozen fish should be covered with a thin layer of transparent ice, but in no case a snow coat, meaning that the fish was repeatedly defrosted and re-frozen, which, accordingly, killed the benefits and taste of chum.

Chum salmon is an unsuitable fish for frying, so we will cook it in the oven. Selected fish is thawed, gutted, cut into steaks. After sprinkled with salt, spices, chopped grass, sprinkled with oil, lemon juice - this is a classic that can be adapted to any other recipe.
