  • The traditional ratio of components in the alcoholic “Mojito”: one part of rum and soda, one and a half to two parts of mint-lime base and ice. The proportions can be changed depending on how sweet and strong drink you want to get in the end.
  • Drinks used to make Mojito are recommended to cool first.
  • For the preparation of traditional “Mojito” cane sugar is used. It is permissible to replace it with ordinary or even syrup, but at the same time it is necessary to realize that some flavors of taste will also change.

“Mojito” is served in tall glasses decorated with sprigs of mint. In each glass down a straw. Choose better straight and wide tubes so that they do not clog pieces of mint, berries and fruits.
