  • The better and fresher the salmon is, the tastier the soup will be. This is the main ingredient of the dish, so you should not save it.
  • When making salmon soup-puree, the broth is first cooked, and only then the first dish is made on its basis. Before using the broth must be filtered so that it does not have fish bones. It is advisable to make it even if the broth was cooked from fish fillets - it happens that there are bones, separate scales in it.
  • Salmon can be minced together with other ingredients or put in ready-made soup pieces. These points are usually indicated in the recipe.
  • A delicious salmon soup is made by adding cream or cream cheese. They give the dish a soft, milky flavor, making it even more tender and refined. After adding the cream, warm the soup, but do not boil it. This is done in order to sterilize it. If you boil the dish after adding the cream, they may curl.
  • If you want the soup to have a thicker consistency, put more potatoes in it or add flour. Small corn grits also help to cope with this task.

Salmon cream soup with cream


  • trimming salmon (head, abdomen, ridge) - 0.5 kg;
  • water - 1, 5 l;
  • salmon fillet - 0, 2 kg;
  • potatoes - 0, 7 kg;
  • carrots - 100 g;
  • onions - 100 g;
  • cream - 0, 2 l;
  • vegetable oil - 40 ml;
  • salt, spices - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Put fish trim in the pot, cover with water, put on fire. When the soup boils, remove the foam from the surface, add spices and salt to taste. At this stage it is better not to salt the dish.
  • After 30 minutes, remove the broth from the plate, strain.
  • Cut the salmon fillet into neat pieces (according to the number of servings), put in a saucepan with broth and cook for 15 minutes over low heat.
  • Take out the fish fillet with a skimmer, strain the broth again.
  • Peel onions, cut into small cubes.
  • Scrape, wash carrots, grate them on a coarse grater.
  • At the bottom of the pan, heat the oil, fry the onions and carrots in it.
  • Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes about 1, 5 cm.
  • When the onions and carrots are golden in color, add potatoes to them, pour in broth.
  • Boil the soup until the potatoes are soft, then turn it into a homogeneous mass using an immersion blender.
  • Put the fish fillets in the soup, pour in the cream. If necessary, add salt to the soup.
  • Warm the soup over low heat for 5-7 minutes. As soon as it starts to boil, remove the pan from the heat.

Spread the soup in plates, put each in a piece of fish fillet. It will be useful to sprinkle the dish with chopped greens.

Salmon puree soup with tomatoes


  • salmon steak - 0, 3 kg;
  • tomatoes - 0.5 kg;
  • potatoes - 0.5 kg;
  • onions - 150 g;
  • carrots - 100 g;
  • bay leaf - 1 pc .;
  • salt, pepper - to taste;
  • milk - 0, 25 l;
  • water - 1 l.

Method of preparation:

  • Boil water, dip the salmon steak and one peeled onion of small size into it. Boil 30 minutes.
  • Take out the steak and onion. Cool the steak, separate the meat from the bones. Discard used bulb. Broth strain.
  • Tomatoes boil, clean, remove seals near the stem. Cut into small cubes tomato pulp.
  • Peel and chop the potatoes into medium sized pieces. Cut the peeled onions and carrots into small pieces.
  • Put the carrots, onions and potatoes in a saucepan with broth. Bring to a boil, cook for 15 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes and salmon meat, cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Crush the contents of the pan with a blender, add milk, salt, pepper. Stir.
  • Warm for at least 5 minutes without boiling.

Salmon puree soup with vegetables


  • salmon (steak) - 0, 25 kg;
  • leek - 0, 2 kg;
  • broccoli - 0, 2 kg;
  • cauliflower - 0, 2 kg;
  • carrots - 0, 2 kg;
  • water - 1, 5 l;
  • salt, spices - to taste;
  • vegetable or butter - how much will go.

Method of preparation:

  • Cook salmon broth, strain.
  • Cut leek into slices, fry in oil, cover with broth.
  • Finely chop the carrots, put them in a saucepan with broth.
  • Dissect broccoli and cauliflower into florets, rinse. Dip them in the broth after it boils. Boil 15 minutes.
  • Grind the contents of the pan with a blender by adding slices of salmon, separated from the steak.
  • Salt and season the soup to taste.
  • Bring to a boil, boil for 2-3 minutes.
