The amount of vitamins in raw vegetables and fruits is much greater than in boiled ones. We are periodically reminded of this by raw foodists, but our experienced chefs never cease to amaze us with their creations, using raw ingredients to do this. Today we will examine several types of salads made from fresh beets.

We are well aware that beets are able to preserve a large amount of vitamins and minerals in boiled form, but still a few more of them are still in their raw form. At the same time, I immediately want to warn hypotonic patients, those who have obvious problems with the gastrointestinal tract, diabetes and urolithiasis. For you, alas, doctors recommend not eating raw beets, for certain reasons. And for those of you who do not have such problems, especially for those who care about their figure, we recommend using our recipes.

Recipe 1. Fresh beet salad

Ingredients Required:

- beets - 1 pc .;

- Apple - 1 pc .;

- black radish - 1 pc .;

- carrot - 1 pc. and vegetable oil.

Preparation:

To prepare such a salad is not at all difficult. All vegetables that go according to the recipe, you need to clean and grate. Move them to a bowl, mix thoroughly, add oil and mix thoroughly. We will lay out such a salad in portions on plates, garnish with parsley and lay a thin lime ring to decorate.

Recipe 2. Fresh beet salad

Ingredients Required:

- beets - 1 pc .;

- carrots - 1 pc .;

Preparation:

Ingredients Required:

- large beets - 1 pc .;

- carrot - 1 pc .;

- celery root - 1 pc .;

- a bunch of green parsley;

- lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l .;

- olive oil - 50 ml;

- Ginger grated - 1 tsp;

- turmeric - 1 tsp;

- pepper and salt.

Preparation:

Peel the beets, the root of the young celery and carrots. Beets and carrots we rub on a grater. I advise you to wear rubber gloves for this process, as the beets tend to paint the skin of the hands. Cut celery root lengthwise and cut into thin semi-rings. Chop parsley. Put everything in a deep salad bowl.

Separately, mix lemon juice, olive oil, ground ginger, turmeric. Well whisk whisk and pour the prepared salad. Season with spices to your liking. Stir, and let the salad stand in a cold place for 1 hour. Then we take a wide dish, cover them with a salad bowl and gently turn it over. Serve on a platter a beautiful slide. Ingredients Required:

- meat - 200 g;

- sweet beet - 2 pcs .;

- carrots - 2 pcs .;

- garlic cloves - 2 tooth;

- walnut kernels - 50 g;

- Corn oil - 2 tablespoons l .;

- mayonnaise - 150 ml;

In a separate saucepan, boil the carrot. To do this, pour boiling water over it, add a little bit of granulated sugar and salt to the water. After boiling, boil it for 25 minutes. Do the same with beets. Fill it with boiling water and over medium heat we will cook for 50-60 minutes. There is no need to salt water!

Dice meat and fry it in corn oil. At the end add the salt, add minced garlic and ground pepper to it. If you have beef, then you need to cook meat for 35 minutes, whereas for pork you need 25 minutes. Put the finished meat on a paper towel so that it absorbs a little excess fat.

The first layer on our salad bowl is meat cubes. Lubricate it with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Rub cheese, and lay out the second layer. The third layer of lettuce is grated eggs. Now clean the boiled carrots and rub it on the coarse side of the grater. Put a layer on the salad and immediately grease with mayonnaise. Peel the beetroot through a large grater, season with salt and pepper to taste. Put on the salad in the fifth layer, and grease with mayonnaise.
