Sucrezit is one of the most consumed sugar substitutes. It is based on synthetic sugar - saccharin. Sucrasite tablet replaces 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar and contains 42 mg. drinking soda, 20 mg. sodium saccharin and 12 mg. fumaric acid. The tablets instantly dissolve both in liquid and in thick substances (mashed potatoes, jelly, cereals, mousses, etc.).

Even if it gets into boiling water, sucrezit retains all its properties, therefore it is widely used in cooking for preparing various dishes. However, this sweetener cannot be used for baking, since not only the sweetness of the dough, but also the amount of sugar itself plays a role here.

Sucrasite: the big benefit of small tablets

Sucrezit is an excellent dietary supplement for people with diabetes. It is absorbed by their body without harm to health and contains a minimal amount of carcinogens, such as cyclamates. Over time, these substances settle in the kidneys, adversely affect the functioning of the liver and blood formation, and are also able to penetrate the placenta. That is why sukrasit is considered the most harmless artificial sugar substitute. The undoubted advantages of sweet white pills include their tiny size and ease of use. Sucrezit is ideal for people involved in hiking. Instead of 5 kg of sugar, it is enough to take a small jar of sweetener, which is enough for a long time. In addition, it does not get wet in the case of wet weather.

Sucrezit is also useful for people on a low-calorie diet. However, they should not be abused: the maximum daily dose of sucracite should be 0, 6 grams.

Moreover, an increase in the volume of servings has virtually no effect on reducing appetite, which guarantees the rapid development of obesity. Regular excess of the tolerated dose of sucrazite significantly reduces immunity and leads to allergic reactions. It also disrupts the metabolism, the work of the endocrine system, liver and blood-forming organs. Constant stimulation of receptors provokes diseases of the nervous system. It is categorically contraindicated to sukrasit pregnant women, nursing mothers and children. Individual intolerance to one of the components of the sugar substitute also serves as a contraindication to use.

Considering all the listed “minuses”, some countries in the West and in Europe even introduced a ban on artificial sugar substitutes, including sucretion.
