But few people know that egg dishes can be diversified by various spices and seasonings.

Which seasonings are suitable for fried eggs

Spices are well combined with eggs, such as ground red and black pepper, garlic, tarragon, oregano, lemon balm and a mixture of spices based on turmeric. You can add Bulgarian pepper, onion, spinach and avocado to the eggs.

Try to cook the original scrambled eggs, adding a pinch of nutmeg, ginger, saffron, cardamom and cinnamon to it - it will be unusual and very tasty, because all these spices are perfectly combined with eggs.

Use sweet pepper

Children love scrambled eggs cooked in the original mold - in the form of a heart or chamomile. But if you do not have molds, instead of it you can use Bulgarian pepper, cut into small thin rings. Just throw it on the pan and pour one egg in the middle of the pepper - it will turn out both tasty and beautiful. Bulgarian pepper not only does not spoil the taste of the dish, but also adds a bit of sweet spice to it.

You can add a pinch of cinnamon or ginger. And if you add a little sausage, bacon or crab sticks to the egg, you will get an original appetizer, which is not ashamed to put on the table for guests.

Scrambled Eggs with Provencal Herbs

A mixture of Provencal herbs can be purchased at the store or use your favorite bouquet of spices. Take a silicone baking dish, put a thinly sliced ​​piece of ham rolled up in it, and pour in a slightly beaten egg mixed with Provencal herbs. Salting the dish is not necessary, since the ham already contains salt. Bake in the oven until cooked. It will be original, tasty and satisfying!
