It is better to take chilled meat on chops, because frozen meat loses a lot of juice after thawing. But since the sale of meat often comes in frozen form, you need to learn how to defrost it.

Any meat can not be thawed in water, otherwise it loses a lot of nutrients and becomes less tasty. It is enough to put the fillet in a bowl, cover with foil and leave in the fridge for a few hours so that it thaws naturally.

The subtleties of cooking turkey chops

  • The turkey chops are cooked in the pan and in the oven. To make the meat juicy, they use breading or batter, thanks to which the meat is covered with a dense crust that prevents the meat juice from flowing out.

  • tomatoes - 350 g;

  • cheese - 160 g;
  • onions - 70 g;

  • vegetable oil - 30 g;
  • Dill green - 2 sprigs.
