What is the use of “Doshirak”?

Indeed, when there is no time to eat normally, but the body requires hot food, Doshirak noodles are simply indispensable. It is made from the products we are used to - eggs, flour, water and salt. All of them are harmless to the body, so noodles can be eaten even by those who have serious problems with the stomach. Another thing is that in itself “Doshirak” without spices is impossible. All sorts of seasonings give spiciness and sharpness to noodles, which, alas, are not as safe as they would like.

The nutritional value of “Doshirak” is rather high: 100 finished products contain 462 kilocalories. Therefore, such noodles even without spices can hardly be called a dietary product. Nevertheless, it is rich in proteins and carbohydrates, which give a person strength, activate the work of internal organs and are a kind of "fuel" for the body. Separately, it is worth noting that “Doshirak” gives a feeling of satiety for a very long time, so in case of emergency it can be an excellent substitute for a full meal.

Naturally, you will not die from one serving of this fast-food dish, but if you eat Doshirak regularly, you will accumulate a huge amount of harmful substances in your body, which will not be easy to get rid of. Emulsifiers and stabilizers used in noodles have the properties of carcinogens, which in large quantities can trigger the development of oncology. In turn, thickeners and preservatives, giving noodles such a pleasant taste, contribute to metabolic disorders. Therefore, the abuse of “Doshirakom” can lead to serious health problems.

Who is “Doshirak” contraindicated?

It would seem that from a portion of the fragrant “Doshirak” nothing bad will happen. However, history knows examples when such instant noodles provoked the exacerbation of various diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. Indeed, in “Doshirak” there are a lot of spices, which are absolutely contraindicated for people suffering from gastritis or a stomach ulcer. Also, do not eat noodles like people who want to lose weight. After all, the temptation to cook in a record time quite tasty dish is always great, but such a high-calorie product as noodles, with regular use, will definitely affect the figure. Moreover, not the best way. Because of the abundance of spices and various chemical additives from “Doshirak”, it is best to abstain from people who suffer from liver and kidney diseases, which are peculiar filters of our body. Plus, this noodle has a very limited set of useful substances. Therefore, the constant use of “Doshirak” invariably leads to the fact that the human body loses the vitamins and trace elements that it so needs.
