Stir fry with beef, soy noodles, vegetables and Iceberg lettuce is a recipe for a quick dinner or lunch for a busy person. On the preparation of this dish will take no more than 15 minutes, and you can feed them a couple of hungry mouths who can not wait for a tricky dinner.
Stir-fry - a way to quickly roast vegetables and meat, which came to us from the east. Do not be upset if the wok pan is not among your kitchen utensils. A plain skillet with a thick bottom and a non-stick coating is also suitable for cooking this dish. Fry vegetables to the state of al-dente - they should soften a little, but remain slightly crispy.
In this recipe, lean beef mince, you can replace it with chicken mince or thinly sliced veal.

Ingredients for stir-fry with beef and vegetables
- 300 g ground beef;
- 120 g carrots;
- 100 g onions;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 130 g sweet bell pepper;
- 300 g Iceberg lettuce;
- 30 g of dill;
- 150 g of soy glass noodles;
- 10 g white sesame;
- soy sauce, balsamic vinegar to taste;
- olive oil, black and red pepper, salt.

Pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil into the pan. In the heated oil we throw finely chopped onions, chopped garlic cloves. Fry the onions with garlic for 3 minutes over high heat, then throw carrots grated on a vegetable cutter or finely chopped straw into a frying pan.
Cooking vegetables on high heat for 5 minutes, mix.
Add cooled ground beef to the vegetables, knead the meat with a fork or spatula so that no lumps form, fry together with the vegetables for 7-8 minutes, salt and pepper black and red pepper to your taste.
We cut the pod of sweet Bulgarian pepper finely, add to the rest of the ingredients. Shake the pan to mix everything, fry the pepper with vegetables and meat for 1-2 minutes so that it warms up and softens a little.
We soak glass soy noodles in boiling water as recommended, usually it takes 5-10 minutes. I advise you to cut the bundle of noodles with scissors into small fragments, it is more convenient to serve and eat this dish.
Remove the leaves from the head of the “Iceberg”, roll up the tube, cut into thin strips.
Turn the noodles into a colander.
Put soy noodles in a pan with beef and vegetables.
Add the chopped salad to the rest of the ingredients.
Finely chop a bunch of dill or any fresh greens to your liking, seasoning the dish with fragrant greens right in the pan.
Pour with soy sauce and a drop of balsamic vinegar, stir, so that all the ingredients are heated and soaked with each other's juices.
Immediately serve the stir-fry with beef on the table, sprinkle with white sesame before serving. Enjoy your meal!
