Sweet, slightly wet inside the baking was very popular. Today, such a cupcake can be prepared independently in a slow cooker.

Multicooker kefir on kefir - basic principles of cooking

All the cupcakes are prepared by one technologist: knead the homogeneous dough, the consistency of sour cream. Then it is poured into a mold and baked.

The dough is prepared on the basis of kefir. Margarine or butter is added to it, which allows baking to stay fresh for a long time. In addition to kefir and butter, for the preparation of dough using eggs, flour, baking powder and sugar. To make the cake airy, the dough is whipped with a whisk or a mixer. This allows you to saturate it with oxygen.

Cupcake on kefir is not so fat and high-calorie, as for example on sour cream.

You can add chocolate, cocoa, dried fruit, candied fruits, or jam to the dough.

For many housewives, the cupcake in the oven does not always work, but in a slow cooker, pastries will never disappoint you.

Recipe 1. Classic cupcake on kefir in a slow cooker

Ingredients

  • 100 g of sugar;
  • baking soda - 12 g;
  • three eggs;
  • butter - 100 g;
  • a bag of vanilla sugar;
  • 110 ml of kefir;
  • 240 g of flour.

Method of preparation

1. Pour a glass of water into a saucepan. Put on the fire and bring to a boil. We reduce fire to the very minimum.

2. Cut the butter into pieces, put it in a bowl, which is set on a saucepan. Melt the oil in a water bath.

3. We pour sugar into the butter and keep it in a water bath until it completely disperses. Pour kefir and stir with a spoon.

4. Break eggs into separate dishes and beat them with a mixer until white foam appears on the surface. 5. Mix the flour with soda and sift into the beaten eggs. Add flour gradually, knead with a spoon, until a homogeneous mass.

6. Now pour the oil-kefir mixture into this mass, add vanilla sugar and mix with a wooden spatula until homogeneous.

7. Capacity grease a piece of oil. Pour into it the dough and set in the kitchen unit. We include the program "Baking" and prepare the cake for 45 minutes. Then turn over with a steamed container and bake in the same mode for another 20 minutes.

8. We leave the finished cupcake in the multicooker tank for another half hour, after which we remove it, put it on a flat platter and cut it into chunks.

Recipe 2. Cupcake on kefir in a multicooker with chocolate chips

Ingredients

  • half a chocolate bar;
  • a glass of kefir;
  • a bag of vanilla;
  • sugar - a glass;
  • 5 g baking soda;
  • 450 g of flour;
  • butter - 100 g;
  • egg - three pieces.

Method of preparation

1. Put the stew-pan with water. As soon as the water begins to boil, we twist the fire to a minimum and set the bowl with oil on top. Melt it to a liquid state.

2. To the melted butter add sugar and kefir. Mix thoroughly until smooth.

3. Beat the eggs into a deep cup and mix with a mixer until foam appears. Without ceasing to beat, add gradually the flour with soda. Ensure that no lumps form.

4. Pour the butter-kefir mixture into the dough and gently mix with a wooden spatula.

5. Grease a slow cooker with a slice of butter and pour the dough into it. Turn on the program "Baking" for an hour. During the cooking process do not open the lid!

6. Immediately after the end of the program, we do not remove the cupcake, but leave it for another half hour in the multicooker off. Using a container, take out a cupcake, transfer it to a wide dish and sprinkle with chocolate chips.

  • sunflower oil - half a cup;
  • kefir - one and a half glasses;
  • baking soda - 3 g;
  • cocoa powder - half a cup;
  • three eggs;
  • flour - 80 g;
  • half a pound of sugar.

Method of preparation

1. Pour kefir into a bowl and put the soda in it.

2. Hammer two eggs into a separate bowl and beat well with a mixer or whisk until foam appears.

3. Add vegetable oil and cocoa powder to the egg mixture, stirring constantly and intensively so that the cocoa does not form lumps.

4. Now, without stopping the beating, enter the dry ingredients: sugar and flour.

1. Wash the orange, wipe it with a towel and remove the zest from it using the finest grater.

Ingredients

  • lemon peel - 5 g;
  • 100 g butter;
  • a handful of raisins;
  • 100 ml of kefir;
  • three apples;
  • half a cup of sugar;
  • table salt;
  • 2 eggs;
  • baking powder bag;
  • Flour - one and a half cup.

Method of preparation

1. Remove the oil from the refrigerator and leave it to become soft. Put it in a bowl, add sugar and grind it until white. Add kefir and eggs to the oil mixture. Once again, stir and gradually pour the flour with baking powder and salt. Knead homogeneous thick dough.

2. Raisin pour boiling water and leave for ten minutes. Then drain the water, and lay the raisins on a napkin to get rid of excess moisture.

3. We clean the apples from the peel, remove the seed boxes and cut into large cubes. Put them on a plate, sprinkle with flour and mix.

  • low-fat kefir - 200 ml;

  • cherry - 150 g;
  • cocoa powder - 50 g;
  • Baking soda - 9 g.

Method of preparation

1. Combine flour with soda, cocoa powder and vanilla in deep dishes. Stir.

1. Grease the multicooker pot with oil. Put the soft margarine in a bowl, add sugar and rub well.

2. Beat eggs into margarine, pour kefir here and mix thoroughly. Into this mass, gradually add a mixture of flour with baking powder and knead the dough thoroughly so that no lumps remain.

3. Split the dough in half and place in different bowls. Add a spoonful of flour to one, and put cocoa powder into another. Stir.
