Heat up some of the vegetable oil in a pan and spread the liver mass with a spoon to form a neat pancake. Fry fritters from both sides for 4 minutes. So fry the whole mass, not forgetting to add oil as needed.

Ready-made liver fritters will be great served with mashed potatoes or boiled rice. Different sauces - ketchup and mayonnaise, will not spoil the taste at all. After being stored in the refrigerator, the finished pancakes lose their special flavor. Therefore, cook so much to eat in one sitting.
