Composition:

  • pumpkin pulp - 0, 2 kg;

Method of preparation:

  • Peel the pumpkin. Cut it in half, remove the central part with seeds.

Composition:

  • pumpkin pulp - 0, 25 kg;
  • raisins - 100 g;
  • sugar - 20 g;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • water - 0, 2 l;
  • milk - 0, 3 l;
  • rice - 150 g.

Method of preparation:

  • Pumpkin pulp cut into cubes of 1, 5-2 cm in size, fold into the bowl of multivaki.
  • Fill the pumpkin with half a glass of water, add sugar, mix.
  • Start the unit by selecting the “Baking” program. Set the timer for half an hour. During this time the pumpkin will be soft, the water will evaporate.
  • Pour boiling water over raisins, leave for 15 minutes.

When serving, porridge can be poured with melted honey. Sprinkle with crushed nuts. A lot of sugar should not be added to it, as raisins also give the dish a sweet taste. The raisins in the composition of this dish can be replaced with other dried fruits, it is sometimes advisable to cut them before adding to porridge, so that they are not larger than raisins.

Composition:

  • rice cereal - 100 g;
  • milk - 125 ml;
  • water - 125 ml;
  • apple (peeled) - 100 g;
  • pumpkin pulp - 150 g;
  • sugar - 20-40 g;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • Cinnamon (optional) - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Peel the apple, cut the core out of it. Coarsely grate the pulp, put in a multicooker container.
  • With a pumpkin, remove the peel, rid it of seeds. Rub the pulp, put to the apple, mix.
  • Wash the rice, pour it on the pumpkin and apple.
