Composition:

  • wheat flour - 0, 25 kg;

  • cold water - 100 ml;
  • salt - a pinch;

  • bananas - 0, 4 kg.

Method of preparation:

  • Sift flour. A couple of tablespoons set aside for rolling dough. Mix the remaining flour with salt.
  • Mix cold boiled water with vinegar.

  • Roll the dough into a rectangle, put butter on one side, cover with the other side.
  • Roll the dough into a 1 cm thick layer, trying to keep the oil from protruding beyond the edges. Fold the dough into 3 layers, put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  • After a specified time, roll out the dough again, fold and put it in the refrigerator. After half an hour, repeat the procedure. Roll out the dough should be at least 5 times with an interval of 30 minutes. The more you repeat the described manipulation, the more dough you will have.
  • Last time, roll the dough into a 3 mm thick layer and cut it into rectangles approximately 7, 5 by 15 cm.
  • Peel and slice bananas.

Composition:

  • sugar, ground cinnamon - to taste;
  • egg yolk - 1-2 pcs.

Method of preparation:

  • Thaw the dough. After sprinkling flour on the table, lay out the dough on it and roll it into a rectangular layer about 3 mm thick.
  • Cut the dough into squares or rectangles of a shape close to a square about 15-16 cm in size along the long side.
  • Each square of the test is mentally divided into two parts. One part, stepping back from the edges, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and broken into small pieces or grated chocolate. Put a few slices of banana pulp on top.
  • On the other side of the square, make several small cuts in the center so that steam can escape through the holes during baking.

Method of preparation:

  • Peel bananas, cut into small cubes.
  • Remove the chocolate-nut paste from the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes slightly more liquid.
