  • From lean meat it is difficult to cook the meat is viscous and dense enough to keep its shape in the process of baking or stewing. Therefore, it is preferable to take pork or mixed beef with the addition of pork.
  • Of low-quality products, even an experienced chef cannot do something really tasty. Therefore, pay attention to the composition of meat, its category, date of manufacture and shelf life. It is even better to cook it yourself from meat, which you are sure of.

Composition:

  • White cabbage - 1, 5 kg;
  • minced meat - 0, 7 kg;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • tomatoes - 0.5 kg;
  • carrots - 0, 2 kg;
  • rice - 150 g;
  • bulb onion - 100 g;
  • salt, spices - to taste;
  • fresh dill - 100 g;
  • vegetable oil - how much will leave.

Method of preparation:

  • Finely chop the garlic cloves with a knife.
  • Peel the onion, cut into small cubes.
  • Grind carrots on a coarse grater.
  • Chop the dill with a knife, set aside half to decorate the dish when serving.
  • Wash the tomatoes, cut crosswise on the side opposite the stem. Dip for a minute in boiling water. Take out with a slotted spoon and transfer to a pan with cold water. Peel and cut into small slices or cubes.
  • Wash cabbage, remove sluggish leaves. Carefully remove some more sheets and set aside. The rest of the cabbage as small as possible shred.
  • Boil the rice until half cooked.
  • Put cabbage in a saucepan, pour a little oil on the bottom of it, salt, pepper, fry for 10 minutes, pour in some water and stew until half cooked.
  • Heat oil in a pan, put onion and garlic in it, after 5 minutes add carrots and dill, fry everything together for 5 minutes.
  • Add the mince, pepper it and salt it, fry with vegetables for 10 minutes.
  • Add the rice and some water to the pan, stew it with vegetables and minced meat under the lid for 5-10 minutes.
  • Grease the bottom of the large pan with oil, lay the shelled cabbage leaves. Put half of cabbage on them, place mince with rice on top, cover with remaining cabbage. Put tomatoes in the final layer.
  • Place the saucepan on low heat and simmer for 40 minutes.

Composition:

  • White cabbage - 1 kg;
  • minced meat - 1 kg;
  • bulb onion - 100 g;
  • tomato paste - 100 g;
  • rice cereal - 150 g;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • carrots - 0, 2 kg;
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs .;
  • sour cream - 0.5 l;
  • fresh greens - 100 g;
  • vegetable oil - 50 ml;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Peel carrots and coarsely grate.
  • Free the onion from the husk, finely chop.
  • Chop the cabbage as small as possible. Dip it in hot water for 5 minutes, remove it, let it drain and squeeze well.
  • Rice, washing, pour a glass of water and put to boil. When the liquid has almost completely evaporated, wash the rice again.
  • Heat a small amount of oil in a pan, put onions and carrots in it, fry them until soft.
  • Combine minced meat, cabbage, fried vegetables, boiled rice until half cooked in one container. Add eggs, salt and pepper.
  • Knead the stuffing thoroughly.
  • In the pan, where the vegetables were fried, add butter, heat up.
  • Form oblong meatballs. Fry them on both sides to a brown crust. This should be done on high heat.
  • Fold the minced meat patties with cabbage and rice into a deep mold designed for roasting in the oven.
  • Mix sour cream with tomato paste, squeeze garlic into it, add finely chopped greens. Salted and pepper.
  • Fill the lazy cabbage rolls with tomato-sour cream sauce and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
  • Cook the cabbage rolls in the oven for 40 minutes.

Spread the prepared cabbage rolls on plates, trying not to disrupt their shape, pour the sauce. You can add sour cream and fresh vegetables, although there is no need for this: lazy cabbage rolls, like regular ones, are a full-fledged dish.

  • ground beef - 0, 5 kg;
  • bulb onion - 100 g;
  • tomato juice - 0, 75 l;
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs .;
  • sour cream - 100 ml;
  • rice - 150 g;
  • salt, spices - to taste;
  • vegetable oil - how much will leave.

Method of preparation:

  • Rinse sauerkraut, squeeze and chop finely.
  • Onion cut into cubes and fry in oil until golden brown.
  • Boil the rice until half cooked.
  • Mix rice with minced meat, add onion, mix.
  • Beat eggs, mix with minced meat.
  • Pickle and pepper the mince, knead it to make it quite dense and viscous.
  • Form small cutlets, fry them on both sides in boiling oil.
  • Pour the juice into the pan with the cutlets, cover it with a lid.
  • Stew lazy cabbage rolls in tomato juice for half an hour.

Serve lazy cabbage rolls, stewed in a frying pan, with sour cream. You can sprinkle them with greens.

Lazy cabbage rolls from minced chicken and cabbage in a slow cooker

Composition:

  • minced chicken - 1 kg;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • bulb onion - 0, 3 kg;
  • rice cereal - 150 g;
  • cabbage - 0, 4 kg;
  • chicken egg - 3 pcs .;
  • tomato paste - 75 g;
  • vegetable oil - 50 ml;
  • salt, spices - to taste;
  • water - 180 ml.

Method of preparation:

  • Boil the rice until half cooked.
  • Mix with minced meat, adding eggs and finely chopped onion. Do not forget to salt and pepper.
  • Chop the cabbage as small as possible and mix it with minced meat.
  • Make round balls with a diameter of about 5 cm out of minced meat.
  • Pour oil into the multicooker bowl, activate the “Frying” or “Baking” program.
  • Put lazy cabbage rolls in boiling oil and fry them for 15 minutes, turning them over often.
  • Dissolve tomato paste with water, squeeze garlic into it.
  • Fill the cabbage roll with this mixture. Start the slow cooker in “Quenching” mode for half an hour.

Serve the stuffed cabbage rolls from minced chicken and cabbage with sour cream sauce, squeezing some garlic into it.

Any hostess can easily prepare lazy cabbage rolls. It tastes little different from traditional ones.
