Nobody will refuse such a potato! We offer to cook, everyone's favorite, fragrant fried potatoes with onions, garlic and chicken eggs. Delicious, hearty meal is perfect for a dinner table or dinner.
- 1, 6 kg of potatoes;
- 165 g onions;
- 3 pcs. chicken eggs;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 70 ml of sunflower oil;
- salt to taste;
- ground black pepper to taste;
- dill to taste.
1. Take the potatoes, rinse thoroughly in running water. Pat dry with paper towel. Peel off using a peeler. Cut medium-sized potatoes into four pieces. If the vegetable is large, cut into eight pieces. Pour oil into the pan. Add potatoes.
2. Fry on high heat until golden brown. Stir with a wooden spatula from time to time to prevent the potatoes from burning. At this stage, the potatoes on top will be golden, and inside they will be still raw.
3. Peel the onions and garlic. Onion cut into half rings, garlic - plates. Add the prepared vegetables to the potatoes. Reduce heat, cover the potatoes with a lid. Cook until soft potatoes, onions and garlic. During this time, ruddy potatoes will become much softer inside.
4. Break chicken eggs into separate deep dishes. Shake with a fork until smooth. When the onions and garlic are soft, pour the eggs. Send in a strong fire. Stir with a spatula, fry from all sides until the eggs are ready. Add salt and ground black pepper. Turn it off.
5. Rinse the greens. This may be dill, parsley, green onions, cilantro. Pat dry with paper towel, chop finely. Sprinkle with chopped greens. Fried potatoes ready. Serve immediately for dinner or dinner. Do not forget to cook a delicious salad. Invite home to tasting.
