Perhaps there are very few people who do not like vegetables preserved for the winter. And even less of those who do not like sweet tomatoes. So stock up on fresh vegetables and proceed to the preparation of canned snacks. In winter, such yummy you can treat relatives and friends.

It takes 35 minutes to prepare such preservation, and from the ingredients listed here, 1 liter is obtained.

  • parsley - 4 sprigs;
  • sweet pepper - 1/3;
  • dill - 3 twigs;
  • hot pepper - 1/2 pcs .;
  • garlic - 6 cloves;
  • bay leaf - 1 pc .;
  • coriander - 15 pcs .;
  • sugar - 1, 5 tbsp. l .;
  • black pepper peas - 4 pcs .;
  • carnation - 3 pcs .;
  • salt - 0, 5 st. l .;
  • allspice peas - 2 pcs .;
  • water - 1 l;
  • Apple vinegar - 35 ml.

1. Grate the soda jar and lid. Thoroughly rinse dishes for preservation with water. Sterilize the glass container in a pair or in the oven. Boil the lid in water for a few minutes. Place the sterilized dishes on a clean towel. Rinse the sweet and hot peppers. Remove the stem from them. Peel off the seeds. Cut off the slices necessary for preservation. Rinse the parsley and dill. Dry the greens with a towel. Peel the garlic. In a dry glass jar pour the peas of black and allspice. Put half greens. Add bay leaf, coriander, cloves and a slice of hot pepper.

2. Rinse the tomatoes with cold water. Drain them with a towel. To prevent the peel of the tomato from cracking from contact with hot water, they should be pricked with a toothpick (around the place to which the fruit leg was attached). Tightly place tomatoes in a jar, alternating them with garlic cloves and strips of sweet pepper. Top put the remaining greens.

3. Pour water into the pot. Boil. Pour hot liquid into a jar of tomatoes. Cover the glass container with a lid. Let the tomatoes stand in boiling water for 30 minutes.

4. Close the can with a rubber cap with holes. Carefully drain the water in an enamel bowl or pan. Pour sugar, salt into liquid. Dissolve them in water, mixing everything with a wooden spatula. Put the container on medium heat. Bring marinade to a boil. Boil it for 7 minutes. Turn off the fire. Pour apple cider vinegar.

5. Carefully fill the glass container with hot marinade. The liquid should reach to the edges of the jar with tomatoes. Seal the container with a lid using the preservation key. Place the inverted jar under a warm blanket. Allow to cool completely. Keep the twist in a cool place.
